Check the Buyer’s Rebate amount on the large gray bar. If you were offering list price, that would be the amount of your rebate. If you offer more or less, the rebate is a percentage of the contract price. This is the amount that will be credited to your closing costs in Section 200 of the buyer’s closing statement HUD-1. Usually that means we are paying your Title Insurance, Escrow Fees and more. That's where we show you the love.
When you are ready to make your offer, tap or click on the large red Instant Offer button. If you haven’t already created an account you’ll be prompted to do that. When you are done, your offer paperwork is created on standard Hawaii Association of Realtor forms using Broker written algorithms - in about 4 seconds, instead of a human agent taking as many hours to write it manually.
Now your offer is ready to review on line or we can meet and go over it in person. You can review your offer in the Hawaii Association of Realtor forms by tapping on the upper right hand corner form icon. When you are done reviewing, click the done check box on the last page at the bottom. That sends me an alert. I review your offer before it is submitted.
